About Drai Solvent Based Marble Sealants

Highly superior oil and water repellent. It can be used on any surface. The high water repellency prevents water from coming into contact with calcium carbonate - the major component of building materials - avoiding deterioration by carbonization. The impossibility for water to penetrate into building materials avoid structure cracking and the formation of algae and molds. Even pollutants - chemicals or dirt - can't settle on the surface avoiding it gets dirty and deteriorate.

Method of use

On a clean and dry surface of stone, apply by spray, paint brush or roller.
Let is act for 2-3 hours and then wipe with a dry cotton cloth.
Apply once again on the entire surface.
After 3-4 hours, wipe with a dry cloth.
Buff the surface with cotton cloth followed by buffing with machine equipped with 'Fluffy or Compact buffing pad.
Maintain the floor for long lasting result with 'P324 Liquid Stone Soap'.
The surface to be treated can be cleaned with 'R155 Intensive cleaner'.

Drai penetrates very deeply into capillary pores: many tests showed penetrations up to 4-5 mm into materials. Suitable for different types of surfaces: concrete, earthenware mortars, tuff, carparo, various marbles (Carrara marble, flowered bardiglio, verona red marble, yellow siena marble, granite, travertine etc), paints and lime-based coatings, marmorino.
It is invisible once it's dried - materials natural appearance keeps totally unchanged.
It dries rapidly and can also be applied even on slightly damp surface.
