Roving mat is pure E glass. It has high strength and is resistant to electricity and chemicals. It is perfect for block reinforcement. Mat along with block gel makes the tight frame for the block. This prevents the breakage or cracks formation while cutting of block due to excessive vibration of blade.
Method of Application

Product Details
Roving mat is pure E glass. It has high strength and is resistant to electricity and chemicals. It is perfect for block reinforcement. Mat along with block gel makes the tight frame for the block. This prevents the breakage or cracks formation while cutting of block due to excessive vibration of blade.
Method of Application
- To the dry and clean block, select the four sides on which mat has to be applied.
- Apply the block gel on the entire surface with help of wooden plank.
- Take the measurement of the mat to be applied on this surface.
- Cut the mat as per measurement taking slightly bigger size.
- Again cut the mat in 2 pieces for easy application.
- Apply the mat on the block gel and press it thoroughly by applying the pressure manually.
- Apply the block gel on the mat so that it covers the mat with the gel.
- Allow it to dry and cutting can be done after 24-48 hours.
